Forum Title: Bubbles on level 5 walls?
So the project is a doctor's office. The previous painters completely goofed and did not strain their paint or shed their rollers. With that being said I scraped and sanded the walls with 220. Next was Sheetrock Joint Compound. After setting up for a couple hours I sanded smooth, dusted, and primed with SW multipurpose latex primer. The next day my assistant and inspected the walls for flaws, which none were present. From left to right we finished the 60 ft. wall. While the coating is setting up we notice little bubbles rising!!! What is going on? My paint was fresh and strained. The walls and tools were free of contaminants. Just doesn't make sense. Any ideas? Should I let my paint after straining?
